Viewing a family's billing history, including past invoices, payments, and their projected next bill, can be done through the family's accounts page. Features such as adjusting the current bill, waiving late payment fees, and printing itemized bills can be performed in the Billing History page.

How to View a Family's Billing History
- Select Families from the navigation menu
- Select Accounts
- Select the family account you wish to view
- Select Billing Tab
The Family Account Billing History screen will display. A summary of the Latest Bill, a family's Next Bill, and whether the family has Autopay enabled is quickly available to view.
How to View a Family's Latest Bill
- Select Families from the navigation menu
- Select Accounts
- Select the family account you wish to view
- Select Billing Tab
- Scroll to the Latest Bill tile box
- Select the See Details button
A center window will display the family's most recent Itemized Bill. Selecting the printer icon will open the user's printing navigation menu.
How to Preview a Family's Next Bill
The Next Bill tile, located on the Billing History page, provides a snapshot view of any pending charges and tuition for the next billing cycle. Opening the Next Bill window displays a full itemized bill preview, including tuition and manual charges, the total amount due, payments, and a carryover balance if applicable.
- Select Families from the navigation menu
- Select Accounts
- Select the family account you wish to view
- Select Billing Tab
- Scroll to the Next Bill tile box
- Select the See Details button
The Next Bill window will display the family's next Itemized Bill. This view can help double-check for accuracy and take action if the total charges and individual tuition fee amounts are incorrect.
How to View and Export Billing and Payment History
Within the Account Billing page, a family's billing and payment history may be viewed through the Billing History table.
- Select Families from the navigation menu
- Select Accounts
- Select the family account you wish to view
- Select Billing Tab
- Scroll to the Billing History table
- Select the individual payment or bill to open the Payment or Bill navigation window

Select See Details button to view and print an Itemized Bill

- Select the Export button to download the table information in a CSV or print format
How to Waive a Late Payment Fee
- Select Families from the navigation menu
- Select Accounts
- Select the family account you wish to view
- Select Billing Tab
- Scroll to the Billing History table
- Select Bill to open the bill navigation window
- Select the Waive Late Fee button
Selecting the Waive Late Fee button will reverse the late payment fee transaction. If the late payment was billed, the credit will be reflected in the account's Next Bill.
