In the event a family is eligible for a reduced price of care (military discount, sibling discount, employee discount, etc.), Kangarootime allows you to apply the discount to an account or specific children within the account. This provides flexibility to make sure all discounts are applied properly, and the bill is reduced correctly.

How to Apply a Recurring Discount to an Account
- Select Families from the purple navigation menu
- Select Accounts
- Click the Account Name
- Select the Billing tab located within the account
- Select the Discounts tab
- Click + Apply Discount
- Complete the mandatory fields (indicated with an *)
- Select Save
How to Apply a Manual Discount to a Transaction
- Using the purple navigation menu, click on Families
- Click on Accounts
- Click on the Account Name
- While under the account, click on the Billing tab
- Click on Activity
- Locate the transaction that needs to be discounted
- Click on the down arrow
- Click on the Add New Discount button
- Select the proper Discount within the drop-down menu
- Click the Save button
