A family's Account Name can be edited in Kangarootime. When a family enrolls using Kangarootime enrollment features, the system automatically assigns an account name based on the parent or guardian's last name, followed by their first initial. The following steps show how to update and save an Account Name.
How to Edit an Account Name
Select Families
Select Accounts and select the account that needs to be edited
Select the text box under the Account Name
Delete the existing name
Enter the new name
Select Save
