How to Add a Discount to a Transaction

In the event that a discount needs to be applied to a specific transaction, Kangarootime offers the ability to easily do so. This is useful when applying vacation discounts, referral discounts, closure discounts, and any other discount you may need to apply to a specific Account. How to Add a Discount to a Transaction

1. Click Billing from the left-hand navigation menu
2. Click Transactions
3. Expand a Transaction by clicking the down arrow (This will show the Transaction Description, Account Info, Created By, and Submitted At information)
4. Click Add New Discount
5. Select a Discount from the drop down options available
6. Select Save
