For Kangarootime customers who utilize Business Level Fees, when building an enrollment manually, a user may encounter a longer list of tagged fees that may not be applicable to the program selected. If you utilize Program Flow style enrollment, you can reduce the number of fees a user may see via the Program Pricing page when setting up a Program. Program Pricing allows the program builder to determine which fees automatically populate the most likely tuition fees to be applied to a manual enrollment after the program has been selected.
How to Configure Program Pricing
- Click Enrollment
- Click Programs
- Click +Add Program
- Enter Program and Enrollment Details
- Via the Pricing page, click +Add Fees
- Select all applicable fees via the Fee list
- Click Assign Fees
- Complete the Locations, Languages, and Change Request Pages
- Click Save
