To provide contacts who do not wish to download the KT Connect app an easier way to re-enroll, Kangarootime now offers an online web portal specifically for enrollment. Utilizing this portal will prevent families from using the standard enrollment link to enroll when the family/contact may already exist within K2, thus mitigating an opportunity to create a duplicate profile. The experience will be very similar to what contacts see when they log into KT Connect to re-enroll in care and/or update their contact/child details.
To access the portal, families who already exist within K2 can follow the directions below:
- Go to https://family.kangarootime.com/
- Enter a phone number or email address
- If a contact enters their phone number, they will be sent a verification code via text message, if the contact enters their email address (as shown in the gif below) they will be emailed a verification code
- Enter the verification code within the verification code field
- Click Verify
- Once verified, the contact will see any enrollment activity they've logged in the past along with the opportunity to create a new enrollment
