Users are able to print a blank enrollment form via the enrollment forms settings screen.
To print a blank enrollment form:
1. Select Enrollment from the purple navigation menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Enrollment Forms.
4. Identify the form you wish to print and select the more icon, the circle with three dots, on the right side of the row.
5. Select Print Form.
