Kangarootime supports Spanish translations for a school or center enrollment form. Enrollment forms will always be presented in English and, by default, cannot be removed. Enrollment programs, page headers, section titles, form questions, and dropdown response options can all be displayed in Spanish. Any information missing a translation displays a warning icon prompting the user to add the translation. Parents and/or guardians can choose their preferred language and may switch languages as they complete a student's enrollment form for a seamless, accessible enrollment experience.

The enrollment form page titles and section headers can be translated into Spanish using the same tab-based interface within the enrollment form editor. When a new language is added, all pages in the enrollment form will display the English title pre-filled by default. Switching between language buttons will display the selected language for each question label and header. Additional or new custom field questions can be created on a business level.
How to Add Spanish Language to a School's Enrollment Form
- Select Enrollment from the navigation menu
- Select Settings
- Select Enrollment Forms
- Select the three-dot Actions button of the enrollment you wish to add Spanish to
- Select Edit
- Within the enrollment page, locate the English button
- Select the + button
- Select Spanish and Assign Language
Printed Forms and Communications
Enrollment form documents are generated in English; however, any free‑text fields will appear in the text language the parent enters. Email communications sent when the enrollment is submitted, including offer letters, approval notifications, and waitlist confirmations, are delivered in the parents’ selected language. Support staff and administrators can view the parents' chosen enrollment form language.
KT Connect Spanish Language Support
Spanish-speaking families can use the Kangarootime parent app, KT Connect, entirely in Spanish. Parents and guardians control the app language through their device's language settings, so no action is required from the center for a parent to view and use the app in Spanish.
