Important Update: KT Connect Operating System Requirements - Release Date: 3/23/2026
To keep your data safe, we recently made security updates to KT Connect. These updates require a newer operating system to work properly. Please keep in mind, this is an operating system requirement, not a phone version requirement. As long as the device can meet the standards below with regard to updated operating systems, KT Connect will work as expected.
Required Operating Systems
iPhone/Apple Devices
- iOS 15.5 or newer (current version is iOS 26.3.1 as of 3/17/2026)
Android Devices
- Android 6.0 or newer (current version is Android 16 as of 3/17/2026)
What This Means for You
If your device meets the requirements above:
- No action needed — simply update the KT Connect app to the latest version
If your device does not meet the requirements:
- You will not be able to use the KT Connect app
- The app may not open or work as expected
- You will not receive future updates
How to Check Your Operating System
For iPhone/Apple devices:
- Go to Settings > General > About > iOS Version
For Android devices:
- Go to Settings > About Phone/Device > Android Version

Class Closures: Smarter Session Restoration & New Closure Management Screen - Now Available
Improved Session Restoration When Opening a Class
When a class closure is opened, any sessions that were voided or marked absent as a result of that closure will now be automatically restored. However, the system will respect any manual changes; if a session was manually voided or marked absent, or if a session has been modified after the closure, it will not be restored. This ensures users stay in control and don't accidentally undo voids they intended to keep.
New Closures Section
Finding and managing closures no longer requires scrolling through the attendance screen week by week. A new Closures section has been added to the navigation, featuring a searchable list with basic filters. Quickly answer questions like "When is my Before School class closed next?" at a glance. You can also add and open closures directly from this screen.
Why It Matters
Recent severe weather across the country has put a spotlight on the frequency of scheduled classes and corresponding closures may change. These updates address that directly. Reopening a class now does the heavy lifting automatically, restoring affected sessions without requiring manual intervention. At the same time, the system is smart enough to leave intentional changes alone, so staff don't have to worry about automation undoing something they meant to keep.

Requirements: Enrollment - Program Flow
Promo codes are discount codes that can be applied during the registration fee payment page via Enrollment. You can set a promo code to either dollar or percentage amounts, along with setting a promotional period that best fits your enrollment timeline.

- Early bird promotions on registrations
- Returning family/Loyalty discounts
- Hardship discounts
- Seasonal promotions
