Lead Management Export - Release Date: 7/7/2026
You asked, we built it! Lead Management now supports exporting your lead queues straight to Excel.
Click the Export button within Lead Management to download a spreadsheet with everything you need for manual organization and family outreach: application details, submitter contact information, child information, and the program in question.
Each row represents a single program a family is applying to, so applications spanning multiple children or programs will appear across multiple rows — giving you clean, granular insight at the individual child and program level.
This is especially useful when managing a longer waitlist in a collaborative setting: save and share the Excel file with your team, add notes, and stay aligned as you work through your Lead data together.

Managing family paperwork just got easier. Kangarootime now supports categorizing and uploading documents within Accounts!
Document Tags
Document Tags under Configuration > Manage Tags allow users to create custom tags to organize and categorize documents across your document management space.
Family Documents
Head to Account > Documents to upload or archive documents tied to a specific family. Need to track forms that require renewal? Set an expiration date on any document so you'll know exactly when it's time to follow up.
