Promo codes are used by businesses to offer discounts or other incentives to customers. These codes can be applied to registration fees within the enrollment process. Kangarootime offers the customization to have these codes set to either dollar or percentage amounts, along with setting a promotional period that best fits your enrollment timeline.

How to Create a Promo Code
- Log into the Kangarootime Web Portal
- Click into the Enrollment tab
- Click Promo Codes
- Click the + Add Promo Code button
- Write in the Promo Code (it can be any length)
- Choose if it will be either a Dollar or Percentage type
- Set the Percent off or Dollar off amount
- Set the Promotional Period that the promo code will be valid
- Set the time zone that will reflect the Promotional Period
- Click the Add Promo Code button
How to Edit a Promo Code
- Log into the Kangarootime Web Portal
- Click into the Enrollment tab
- Click Promo Codes
- Click into the Promo Code
- Choose the section to edit
- Click the Review & Save button
- Leave an optional note
- Click Save Changes
- Click the Changes tab to view past edits
