Within an enrollment application, families can apply for multiple programs at once. The application splitter lets you handle each program registration independently—so you can approve some programs while waitlisting or holding others within the same application. This gives you more flexibility when processing multi-program applications. Note: this feature is only available in the Program flow.
How to utilize the Application Splitter:
- Click Enrollment
- Click Lead Management
- Click the Approval Pending tab
- Open an application via the arrow on the right-hand side
- Select the program you'd like to take action on via the checkbox
- Use the dropdown to select one of the following actions:
- Approve
- Mark as Lost
- Send to Waitlist
- Once the action has been selected, click the action again to initiate the expected response
