In Kangarootime, users can preview a family's bill to verify that the family will be invoiced for the correct amount using the Account's Billing section within Kangarootime. This can be useful for understanding what fees and discounts (if applicable) have been applied. Please follow the steps below to preview a family's bill.
To Preview a Family's Bill:
- Select Families
- Select Accounts
- Find a specific family's account (or start with the first account to do a full audit)
- Within the account, select Billing
- If the family has an active enrollment, you will see a Next Bill box on the History tab
- From the Next Bill box, select See Details, and double-check the following:
- Is the total amount for the bill correct?
- Are discounts applied on this bill, if applicable?
- Do individual fee(s) look correct for the child(ren) on this account?
- Once finished previewing the bill for this family, use the Next Account button to continue onto the next family
