With our online enrollment system, centers can set up their enrollment form, which will then display any question(s) they'd like parents to answer. Follow the instructions below to get started with creating your enrollment form in Kangarootime.

Building Your Enrollment Form in Kangarootime
- Select Enrollment
- Select Settings
- Select Enrollment Forms

Select Add Form to create your form
- You can have 1 form per center
- Enter the required information fields
- Select Create
Creating & Managing Sections on Your Form
- Select Add New Section

Add your Section Title (example: Child Medical Information)
- Ex: When adding questions to this form around medical information & immunizations, you can set those questions to display within this section
- Make sure you have Show Selection Title checked if you'd like this section to appear on the parent's enrollment form
- To move sections around, select the cross arrow icon and drag the section to your desired spot
Creating & Managing Pages on Your Form
- Select Manage Pages
- Default Pages Include
- Children
- Primary Contacts
- Default Pages Include
- Select Add Page to create additional pages
- The Secondary Contact page allows you to collect authorized contact information and require parents to provide emergency contacts
- Customer Defined page(s) allow you to spread customized questions across pages. These pages are on the account‑specific questions.
- To reorder your pages, select the cross arrow icon and drag the pages into your desired order.
Adding Questions to Your Enrollment Form in Kangarootime
- In your Enrollment Form, Select Add New Question.
- Depending on the Page section, a question will be added to, or created for that specific page. For example, the Children Page contains questions related to the child(ren) on the account.
- Select System Fields to add pre-created questions to your form. Answers are saved directly to the corresponding fields in the system. For example, a child’s medical conditions will be saved in their Health & Wellness record.
- Select Custom Fields to add any custom questions you've created

- Once questions have been added, they can be reordered, marked as required, or organized into sections on the page
Creating a Link for Your Form
- Select Enrollment on the navigation bar
- Select Settings
- Within the Web Links tab, select Create

Give your Link a name (this is for internal use only), and affiliate it with your center(s)
- Note: A link is required for each form
- If your form is the same across multiple school locations, you can affiliate a single link with all applicable centers. Parents across your locations will see the same form, and will first be prompted to choose their center.
