KinderConnect Updates - Now Available
We have made some quality improvements to the KinderConnect integration that should make working with the integration more self-service oriented, to make the experience clearer and easier to use:
Students Menu
- You can now search for individual students directly from the Students menu, making it faster to locate a specific child's records without browsing the full roster.
- Per Student Attendance Sync - Attendance records can now be sent to KinderConnect for a single student. If you've corrected an individual child's records, there's no longer a need to resend records for your entire business; just update the one student.
History Menu
- New error codes have been added to the History menu to clearly identify which attendance records failed to send. You can now diagnose issues, make corrections, and resend failed records at your convenience.
Why it matters
Managing attendance records through KinderConnect used to mean working around limitations like navigating full rosters, resending records in bulk, and having little visibility into what went wrong when a sync failed. These updates change that to make your KinderConnect integration experience a breeze! For any other tips and tricks to make the integration run smoothly, check out our troubleshooting article.
Child List CSV Export - Now Available
You can now download your student profile as a CSV or worksheet directly from the Students Profile export feature. Each exported worksheet includes the student's name, date of birth, grade, and associated contact names, covering the most commonly needed details without any additional configuration. We recommend you use the List Options filters before exporting to narrow the data down to only the information you need (ex. children enrolled as of a specific date or within specific schools or programs)
Why it matters
Student data often needs to live outside the platform — shared with staff, submitted for reporting, or used for planning purposes. Until now, getting that data out required manual effort or working around the system.
New Program Creation Interface - Release date: 4/22/2026
The program creation flow has been refreshed with improvements to make setup more efficient and flexible while incorporating new functionality.
- School Tags - You can now tag programs with associated schools during setup, making it easier to organize and filter programs.
- Program pricing page & updated fee selection - A new program pricing page lets you define which fees are relevant to each program, cutting down the number of fees you need to sift through. Fee selection has also been updated for a smoother, more streamlined experience.
- Spanish description translations - Program descriptions can now include a Spanish translation, allowing you to better serve families who prefer Spanish as their primary language.
- Updated summary page - The program summary page has been refreshed to reflect all the new fields and options introduced in this update, giving you a clear overview before finalizing a program.
Why it matters
Setting up a program involves a lot of moving parts — organizing by school, assigning the right fees, and making sure the details are accurate before publishing. These updates streamline each step of that process while adding new capabilities to help you reach more families.
