Kangarootimne Accounts hold information related to student(s ) enrollments, contacts, billing, subsidies, notes, etc. The Accounts List Options navigation filter located in the Families, Accounts section and Billing, Accounts section is available to help locate specific informaiton about a grouping of accounts to assist with billing, enrollment, or staffing questions. Filters are buildable to assist with narrowing accounts that meet specific criteria. The following article will explore and define the List Options function.
List Options Filters
List Options are broken down into 3 sections: Sort by, Account, and Billing. Filters are not limited to one section category, and you can select more than one filter to help define your list.
Sort by:
This list option filter organizes accounts alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) or Total Due (From Low to High or High to Low).
Account:
- Center: Filters the account list by location. An individual center/school may be chosen, or multiple locations
- Account Status: Filter accounts by Future, Active, Inactive, or All account statuses. Account Status for more informaiton
- Center Tags: Filter accounts by an assigned school or center-specific tags associated with accounts (How to Create Tags for your Business)
- Account Tags: Filter accounts by an assigned tag name (How to Create Tags for your Business)
Billing:
- Billing Status: Filters the account list by Open, Closed, or All accounts. Closed accounts are hidden from the list by default (How To Close Accounts)
- Autopay Status: Filters accounts based on whether autopay is On, Off, or All
- Billing Cycles: Filters accounts by their bill automation cycles
- Fees: Filters accounts by any billed fee associated with the account
- Applied Discounts: Filters accounts by discounts that have been applied
Tips for Using the Accounts Page
- Use the search bar along with the available filter options to locate a specific account within your selected criteria.
- List Options and filters remain applied until you manually clear them.
- If you cannot locate a family account, double‑check that no filters are still active.
