Spaces represent physical locations within a center or school where students and/or classes may go. In Kanagrootime, a Space is displayed within the Point of Care classroom app and Kangarootime School to help staff and administrators easily view a student's location in real time. Examples of spaces include classrooms, play areas, and cafeterias. Spaces are important for student tracking, staff scheduling, enrollment, ratios, and name-to-face movements throughout a student's day.
How to Create a Space
- Select Configuration
- Select Schools
- Select the School to which you would like to add a Space
- Select the Spaces tab
- Select + Add New Space
- Enter the name of your space and the appropriate icon to represent the space
- Select Add
