The business profile houses important information including the address, contact information, and primary and secondary contacts for the business. Editing the business profile is important to ensure up-to-date records.
Editing a Business Profile:
- Select Configuration on the navigation menu
- Select Business Profile
- Enter any necessary edits to a tile area (i.e., Business information, Account owners)
- Select the Save button in the tile area
- Repeat steps 3-4 for any additional tile areas requiring edits
