Once a child incurs an Early Drop-off or Late Pick-up penalty, the charge type will display on their family account as an Early Fee for each Early Drop off penalty or as a Late Fee for each Late Pick-up penalty. Once charged, a user can either allow the fee to bill on the next automated billing cycle, send it out on a manual bill immediately, or waive it from the account's billing activity. How to Waive Early and Late Pick-up Fees
- Select the Policies option on the navigation menu
- Select either Early Drop-Off Fees or Late Pick-Up Fees
- Locate the fee you wish to waive
- Select the three-dot action button
- Select Waive Fee*
* The fee will now be credited back the previously charged amount, and the line item will display under their family account as being "reversed."
