Deposits are money collected and separately documented in a family's account. Centers that use the enrollment management feature and accept a deposit payment outside of the Kangarootime billing process, may record the deposit in the family's enrollment form. Once recorded in the enrollment form, the Deposit record will automatically populate into the family's account.

How to Enter a Deposit Record in an Enrollment Form (Waitlist Status)
- Select Enrollment
- Select Lead Management
- Select WAITLIST tab
- Expand the Inquiry of the family to record the deposit by selecting the Down Arrow
- Enter the Offer Details section information
- Scroll to the Deposit section
- Enter the Deposit Amount
- Select Deposit has been paid checkbox
- Enter Paid Date
- Select Send Offer button
Once the family completes the offer process an automatic deposit transaction will be recorded and displayed in the family's account. A record of the deposit will display in the family's account under BILLING > DEPOSITS.
How to Enter a Deposit Record in an Enrollment Form (Offered or Accepted Status)
- Select Enrollment
- Select Lead Management
- Select OFFERED or ACCEPTED Tab
- Expand the Inquiry of the family to record the deposit by selecting the Down Arrow
- Select the Edit button in the Deposit section below Offer Details
- Enter the Deposit amount
- Select Deposit has been paid checkbox
- Enter Paid Date
- Select Save
Once the family completes the offer process an automatic deposit transaction will be recorded and displayed in the family's account. A record of the deposit will display in the family's account under BILLING > DEPOSITS.
