The Children Overview dashboard provides the user with a view of subsidy-qualified children and their current subsidy data. The dashboard displays the number of children enrolled in agency subsidies, along with their subsidy status: Active, Expiring Soon, and Expired.
To access the Children dashboard:
Select Subsidies from the Navigation Menu
- Select Children
Under the Overview header, you will see the 3 designated subsidy statuses for children: Expired, Expiring Soon, and Active. These statuses are determined by the subsidy voucher start and end dates established when manually entered in the family's account subsidy tab.
- Expired indicates that the assigned subsidy voucher has ended
- Expiring Soon means the assigned subsidy is approaching its end date (within 30 days of the expiration).
- Active indicates the child's assigned subsidy is currently valid within the defined start and end dates.
For easier viewing, the dashboard includes filters beneath the status totals, allowing you to refine results by subsidy, center, and status.
Below the filters, a list displays all children with subsidies based on the selected criteria. Clicking the downward-facing arrow next to a child’s name reveals additional options, such as viewing the child’s attendance records or navigating directly to the child’s account.
