The Kangarootime subsidy feature helps track and manage agency coverage for applicable families. The Agency Credit feature which aims to provide flexibility and consistency for subsidy qualifications. For example, a child may receive subsidy coverage in the middle of a billing period and needs to have their existing balance updated. An agency credit can be applied to adjust their existing balance, and then the user can then start the agency assignment for the following billing period. How to Add an Agency Credit to a Family Account
- Log into Kangarootime
- Select the Accounts tab on the purple navigation menu*
- Select the applicable Account
- Select their Billing tab
- Select their Activity tab
- Select the +Add button
- Select Credit
- Under Type, select Agency Subsidy
- Select the applicable Child, Agency and enter in the credit amount
- Select Save
