The Kangarootime subsidy feature enables centers to charge a family’s copay or tuition balance after the anticipated subsidy reimbursement. Entering the agency information is the initial step in configuring this feature. All fields are intentionally designed as free‑form to provide the flexibility necessary to document information in a manner that aligns with the business’s operational needs and the format provided by the agency. Please note that session‑based tuition fees are required to ensure accurate subsidy calculations.
How to Set Up a New Agency
- Select Subsidises
- Select Agencies
- Select +Setup a new Agency

Complete the required fields indicated with an *
- As a best practice, we recommend entering as much information as possible in the agency fields.
- Select Next-Assign Centers
- Select all schools or centers associated with the agency in the drop-down menu

Select Save
Once saved, the agency and corresponding information will be displayed on the Agencies' home screen.
