Student Search – Revamped and Ready!
A Faster, Smarter Way to Find and Manage Students
We’ve redesigned the Student Search experience from the ground up, making it easier than ever to find, filter, and manage student information across your programs.
What’s New
- Updated terminology: The word child has been replaced with student throughout the platform for a more consistent and inclusive experience.
- Standardized enrollment statuses: You’ll now see uniform status names that match those used in the School module:
- Active Student – Currently enrolled (at least one active enrollment as of the specified date).
- Withdrawn Student – No longer enrolled (all enrollments ended).
- Not Enrolled – Has never had an enrollment in the system.
- Incoming Student – Scheduled to start after the specified date (enrollment begins in the future).
- Enhanced list view and filters: A new, more powerful search interface helps you quickly find students based on enrollment status, school, class, or custom criteria. Filters now work together — for example, selecting a school automatically limits the class options to that school.
Bulk Profile Printing & Downloads Center
Many states require on-site paper copies for compliance and licensing. To make this easier, you can now create and download student profile PDFs in bulk. Each profile includes:
- Enrollment details, medical info, and contact data
- Custom field responses from enrollment forms (both student and account-level questions)
You can:
- Select individual students manually
- Select all visible students in your list
- Or select all students matching your filter using the “Select All Results” option
Once you confirm, your files appear in the Downloads Center (top right of your screen). When ready, you can download a ZIP file containing all the PDFs you created.
💡 PDF generation time may vary depending on the number of profiles selected. Our team continues to optimize performance to make this process faster and more efficient.
Printer-Friendly, Compliance-Ready PDFs
All PDFs are designed to be lightweight and printer-friendly, minimizing ink use while maintaining clarity. Uploaded medical documents or attachments (images and PDFs) are embedded within each profile where applicable. Each page clearly displays the student’s name and the date the document was generated.

Program List – Smarter Filters & Tagging
Easily Organize and Find Your Programs
We’ve enhanced the Program List view to make managing your programs more intuitive and efficient. With new filtering options and program tagging, it’s now simpler to find, organize, and connect related programs across your centers.
What’s New
- Enhanced filters: Quickly narrow your program list using new filtering capabilities, helping you locate specific programs faster.
- Program tagging: Add tags to your programs for better organization and easier reporting.
- Auto-populated filters: When you tag a program, that tag automatically carries over to the setup process — saving you time and ensuring consistency across centers.
💡 This update is already available in test businesses and will be rolling out system-wide soon.
