The Program Bundle feature allows businesses to automatically adjust tuition based on selected programs a student enrolls in within an enrollment period. Rather than charging the standard tuition rate for each program, bundled pricing is applied to the enrollment contract billed fee when multiple programs are selected.
Program bundling enables a school to offer a discounted or special rate for combined enrollments. For example, families who register a student for both before and after-school programs can automatically be charged a reduced bundled rate for enrolling in two programs.

How to Bundle Enrollment Programs
- Log in to the Kangarootime web portal
- Select the Enrollment tab on the navigation menu
- Click Programs
- Click Program Bundles option
- Click +Add Bundle button
- Enter a name for the Program Bundle
- Click the +Add Program(s) button
- Click the two programs in which you'd like to offer a bundled pricing
- Click Confirm Selection
- Click and Select Fees
- Select Add
How to Archive an Enrollment Program Bundle
- Select the bundle you wish to Archive
- Select the Archive Button
