An invoice amount may be adjusted after a bill has been sent. The feature allows administrators to modify a current bill, decreasing the total amount due. Autopayments will withdraw the adjusted amount on the invoice due date, maintaining a payment schedule. Families who pay their invoice manually will see the updated total due in KT Connect, the parent app.
Please Note:
- A custom credit transaction type must be available to use before crediting an invoice. See How to Add Transaction Types for additional information.
- Applying future credits or charges should be done through the account's billing activity screen. See How to Manually Add a Credit or Charge to an Account for more information.
