With Enrollment Management, centers can accept re-enrollment requests as well as requests for additional enrollment (such as enrollment in summer programs) from actively enrolled families.

Configuring Enrollment Management in Kangarootime
- Select Enrollment
- Select Settings
- Locate the Family Access tab within this page
- Within the Family Access tab, toggle Family Access to Enrollment from OFF to ON
- Identify which center(s) you'd like to allow Enrollment Management at, then toggle the Family Access from OFF to ON

Verify Age Settings in Your Classes
- Select Centers
- Select Classes
- Click into the class you will associate with your enrollment program (Ex: After School Class, for families enrolling children in next year's After School Program)
- Within the Regulation box & Override Settings, view the age range
- Children whose ages fall outside of this window will not be able to enroll. Make adjustments accordingly and Save (e.g. if your age range is 6 to 11, and you have a 5.5 year old looking to enroll, you'll need to override the age settings to encompass all appropriate ages).

Setting up Enrollment Programs in Kangarootime
- Select Enrollment
- Select Programs
- Don't see the Programs button? Select Settings instead, then Offer Settings, switch your Application Flow Type, & Save
- Choose Create Program
- Complete the required fields (this WILL be visible to parents)
- Select Next
- Choose the Center & Class you will associate with this program, and then the Fee associated with this program
- When the system creates a contract for an enrolled child, it will use the relative center, class, & fee
- Save your Program & Confirm the details

Managing Re-Enrollment Requests
- Select Enrollment
- Select Lead Management
- Approval Pending: these are completed applications that are awaiting your approval. Once approved, a future contract will be created with the child(ren)'s program selection details.
- Waitlist: applicants are added to the waitlist when there is not a current spot in the program of their choice, so they have elected to be added to the waitlist. You will manage your waitlist & accept applicants as spots open up.
- Completed: completed applications that have been accepted by you will be listed here for up to 7 days.
- Lost Opportunities: applications are marked as lost when the family is no longer attending that program. They will appear in the lost opportunities list for up to 7 days.
