How to Change Staff in Point of Care

While in the Point of Care App, you can change staff in any of your classrooms within your center. For centers where there is one tablet per room, as opposed to one tablet per person, this is especially helpful. We expect you might want to change staff when one person takes a break, leaves the room for programming time or is leaving for the day, and another employee needs to be logged in. 

To change staff in Point of Care:

1. Click on the 3 line icon (AKA "hamburger" menu) in the top left corner of your screen
2. Click on Change Staff
3. You can toggle the Show All button to see who is available, then select the staff member you would like the device to switch to
4. Hand the device to the staff member and they will need their PIN to officially switch the staff member in which all activities will be logged until another switch has been made
