This report is similar to the Class Attendance Roster, but it produces blank fields rather than populating expected attendance data. |
The Child Sign in Form is a printable, blank sign-in sheet designed for downtime or offsite location attendance tracking.
This report can be printed at the beginning of each week to be prepared in case of any power or internet outages that would prevent you from using Kangarootime products to track attendance. |

This report is similar to the Child Sign In Form, but contains expected attendance data. |
This report produces a printable weekly class roster to check in, check out or mark absent a child, which includes the child's name and date of birth.
Within each day, white fields indicate the child is expected to attend, and gray fields indicate that the child is not expected to attend.
This report can be printed at the beginning of each week to be prepared in case of any power or internet outages that would prevent you from using Kangarootime products to track attendance. |

This report syncs with the Point of Care App Name to Face feature, to report a child's location at the time the Name to Face action was done, the time the Name to face action was done, and the staff member who completed the Name to Face action.
Oftentimes, businesses require staff to perform the Name to Face action to ensure all children in the custody of a teacher remain in that teacher's custody (ex. moving from one space to another or hourly roll call). |

This report displays the variance of check in's for every 15 minutes. The color indicates if the variance of check in went up or down during that 15 minute increment, and the number displays the count of children checked in. Example: If 2 kids are checked in at 10 AM and then 0 kids are checked in at 10:15, you would see a green 2 at 10, then a red 0 for 10:15. |

This report provides a summary of student attendance counts for comparison to the counts of students receiving meals that are free, reduced, or paid. This gives you the ability to quickly report on the data you need if you participated in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
This data is refreshed nightly so it will not show real-time data, you'll see the day before's data. Also, this report provides data based on the current meal type settings and thus is not meant for historical purposes, so we recommend keeping these reports saved if you would like to retain that historical data. |

This report displays the cost of individual child sessions making it a great way to tell who is enrolled vs. who dropped in either manually or via KT Connect via the Booking Origin column.

This report provides a summary of the fees, transactions, discounts, subsidies, and payment methods utilized within the timeframe selected. This report can be used for auditing billing and to gauge future enrollments. The inclusion of payment methods is also useful to see exactly how families are paying for care.
Keep in mind, custom transactions will not appear on this report however we recommend using this report in conjunction with our transaction reports to get a better picture of cash flow. |
