Kangarootime offers a robust number of reports that are available in either CSV and/or PDF. Below you'll find 3 tables that review all Kangarotime exports available within the K2 site, including the name of each report, the format in which you can download the export, filters, column headers, and some information about what the report will display, and can be used for.

Filter by Center(s) and Date - the date you select will provide you with weekly data for the week the day you chose falls in. |
This report is designed to display booked vs actual attendance information related to a center along with the capacity of the center to determine staffing requirements - all defined by care type. |

This report tracks child check-in and check-out times along with who checked the child in and checked the child out. The report displays the child chain of custody and can be helpful to keep track of subsidy attendance. |
Child Sign in Form |

This report is similar to the Class Attendance Roster, but it produces blank fields rather than populating expected attendance data. |
The Child Sign in Form is a printable, blank sign-in sheet designed for downtime or offsite location attendance tracking.
This report can be printed at the beginning of each week to be prepared in case of any power or internet outages that would prevent you from using Kangarootime products to track attendance. |

This report can be used to track the chain of custody throughout the day by tracking the movements a child has made from space to space. This report displays space and class data which can be very useful for contact tracing. |
Class Attendance Roster |

Report Headers: Center, Class, Child Name, DOB and Age with week schedule to indicate manually check in check out and absent
Filter by Center, Date (most likely current or future), and Class
This report is similar to the Child Sign In Form, but contains expected attendance data. |
This report produces a printable weekly class roster to check in, check out or mark absent a child, which includes the child's name and date of birth.
Within each day, white fields indicate the child is expected to attend, and gray fields indicate that the child is not expected to attend.
This report can be printed at the beginning of each week to be prepared in case of any power or internet outages that would prevent you from using Kangarootime products to track attendance. |

Report Headers: This report is broken up by Scheduled, Actual, and Adjusted times, by Date and Employee.

This report presents employees' clock in and out times to ensure consistency for hourly employees. This report also gives the employee an opportunity to sign off on their hours at the bottom of each weekly page. |

This report syncs with the Point of Care App Name to Face feature, to report a child's location at the time the Name to Face action was done, the time the Name to face action was done, and the staff member who completed the Name to Face action.
Oftentimes, businesses require staff to perform the Name to Face action to ensure all children in the custody of a teacher remain in that teacher's custody (ex. moving from one space to another or hourly roll call). |

This report displays the variance of check in's for every 15 minutes. The color indicates if the variance of check in went up or down during that 15 minute increment, and the number displays the count of children checked in. Example: If 2 kids are checked in at 10 AM and then 0 kids are checked in at 10:15, you would see a green 2 at 10, then a red 0 for 10:15. |
