Kangarootime's parent app, KT Connect provides Primary Contacts the ability to add, edit and remove Authorized Contacts. The following article will show how to successfully add, edit, or remove Authorized Contacts through the KT Connect app.

How to Add an Authorized Contact
- Log into KT Connect
- Tap on the Hamburger Menu
- Tap on Contacts
- Tap on Add Contact
- Enter the contact's information
- Select the Accounts associated with the contact and toggle the corresponding button ON/OFF
- Set permissions for Photos and Activities, Billing, and Messaging by toggling the corresponding button ON/OFF*
- Select the child(ren) associated with the Contact and their relationship to each child(ren)
- Set the contact's pick-up permissions for each child by toggling the corresponding buttons ON/OFF
- Tap Create Contact

How to Edit an Authorized Contact
- Log into KT Connect
- Tap the Hamburger Menu
- Tap Contacts
- Tap on the Contact's tile to edit*
- Tap the Kebab Menu
- Tap Update Contact
- Edit the respective field(s)
- Tap Update Details
*You will only be able to edit/remove Authorized Contacts associated with your account.
How to Update Contact Permissions
- Log into KT Connect
- Tap the Hamburger Menu
- Tap Contacts
- Tap the Contact's tile to edit*
- Tap the Kebab Menu
- Tap Update Contact Permissions
- Select the Accounts associated with the contact and toggle the corresponding button ON/OFF
- Select Update Account Permissions
- Set permissions for Photos and Activities, Billing, and Messaging by toggling the corresponding button ON/OFF*
- Select which child(ren) you would like to associate with this contact
- Select the Relationship to the child(ren)
- Select Update Child Permissions
- Toggle the ON/OFF buttons for Child Pick-up Permissions
- Tap Update Contact
*You will only be able to edit/remove authorized contacts associated with your account.
How to Remove an Authorized Contact
- Log into KT Connect
- Tap the Hamburger Menu
- Tap Contacts
- Tap the contact you would like to edit*
- Tap the Kebab Menu
- Tap Remove Contact
- Read the prompt and tap Confirm
*You will only be able to edit/remove authorized contacts associated with your account.
