In the KT Connect mobile app, you can enable push notifications to be alerted on new activity from the center regarding care of your child(ren). Notifications can be enabled for messaging, billing, and new classroom activity. Follow the instructions below for enabling push notifications.
To Enable Push Notifications in KT Connect:
- Log into the KT Connect app
- Select the three line (hamburger) menu at the top right corner of your screen
- Select Settings
- Select Notifications
- Toggle notifications to "ON" (the button will turn green when notifications are on)
- Billing - this notification will alert you when a bill becomes available
- Messaging - these notifications will alert you when a new message has been sent from the center
- Activity - these notifications will alert you when new photos or classroom activity have been shared with you
