KT Connect - How to View App Settings

Within the Kangarootime app, there are multiple options and settings a user could modify at any time. Also, to help troubleshoot an issue with KT Connect, our team may request information within the Settings options the KT Connect app. These details will help Kangarootime Support with any troubleshooting that needs to take place.

How to view KT Connect app Settings:

  1. Open KT Connect
  2. Tap the three-bar hamburger icon
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Within Settings, you can view the following options:
    1. Permissions
    2. Notifications
    3. Account Switcher
    4. Version Info
    5. Session Info
      1. Scroll to see relevant settings display to send to our Support team:
        1. Version
        2. Build Number
        3. Session ID
        4. Username
        5. Person ID
  5. Take a screenshot with your mobile device and attach to Support inquiry if interacting with Kangarootime Support
