All employees are invited into Kangarootime via email, however, their email address for their account can be changed at any time. Below, you will find the necessary steps to change an employee's email address in Kangarootime.
To change an employee's email address:
1. Click on Employees
2. Select Profiles
3. Select the employee, this opens the employee profile page
4. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page
5. Click Change Email
6. Enter the new email address in the New Email field
7. Click Save Changes
*Please note that the employee will receive an email to their current email address asking to confirm the change.
