How to Manage the Schedule

The Schedule feature allows for creating and editing schedules. The schedule is automatically shared with employees when published.

How to Create a New Schedule

1. Select the Center you would like to view for

2. Select the Week you would like to create a schedule for

3. In the class view, click the circled plus icon to create a new shift 

4. Repeat until all shifts have been created (Note: it is possible to schedule shifts without staff. Follow the steps as listed and leave the Employee field as unassigned)

5. Click Save

6. Click +Publish

How to Copy the schedule

1. Confirm that the schedule has Published status

2. Click the three ellipsis button to the right of the date

3. Click Copy

4. Select the future week you wish to copy the schedule to

5. Click In the class view, click the circled plus icon 

How to Edit a Published Schedule

1. Select the Center you would like to view the schedule of

2. Confirm the schedule has Published status (if not, you can freely edit)

3. Click + Unpublish

4. Make desired edits

5. Click + Publish
