Previous employees no longer employed at a center may have their accounts deactivated in Kangarootime. Deactivating an employee ensures the person no longer has access to Kangarootime.
To deactivate an employee account:
- Select Employees from the navigation bar
- Select Profiles
- Select Employee (Opens employee profile page)
- Scroll to Deactivate User Tile
- Select Deactivate button
- Select a Reason for Leaving
- Type "Deactivate {employee name}"
- Select Deactivate button
