The Student search feature provides access to children's information affiliated with a school's business. A search and list option is available to assist with filtering Students within a certain criteria, i.e. school location, enrollment status, etc. Student information may be updated through the student's profile, and a student's profile can be downloaded for printing.
Student List Options
The Students search provides a List Options feature to sort the Student List by categories, including: Name Alphabetizations, Date of Birth, Student Info, School, Program, Class, and Enrollment Status. The List Options may be combined to show specific student criteria, and the filters inform one another, i.e., selecting a School will limit the Classes options to only classes at that school.
Enrollment Status Definitions and List Options
The Enrollment Status of all students is indicated on the Student's name ribbon. Enrollment Status is defined as:
- Active Student - a student who is currently enrolled as of a specified date.
- Withdrawn Student - a student who is no longer enrolled as of a specified date.
- Not Enrolled - a student who has no contracts and has never had a contract.
- Incoming Student - a new student who is starting after a specified date.
The Enrollment Status and As Of list options filter the enrollment status of a set of students as of a particular date. List options may be combined to provide a select view, i.e., selecting a School location with an Incoming Student enrollment Status, and As of January 1, 2026, will provide a list of new students in a school who are starting on or after January 1, 2026.
How to View and Update Student Profile Information
1. Select Families from the navigation menu
2. Select Students
3. Select a Student's name:

- Profile: update the child's Personal Information, assign Emergency Contacts, add information in Meals, and apply Tags
- Contacts: view which Contacts are associated with the child
- Health & Wellness: add Medical Information, Allergies, and/or Dietary Restrictions
- Immunizations: add or update Immunization Records
- Custom Data Fields: view custom information submitted from the online registration process
- Accounts: click back into the child's Family Account
Download Student Profile Information
Student profile information is available to download in a PDF format via the Kangarootime Business application. The PDF includes student information, Health and Wellness, Immunization records, Contact information, document uploads to the Students section and the Families Accounts section, along with custom data fields. All information in the PDF is divided into page sections and is printable.
