Enrollment contracts in Kangarootime assign a student to a class or program roster and set their recurring tuition fee. Students who will transition to a new class as they age up can have their upcoming enrollments created in the system at any time. Adding a future-dated enrollment ensures that as a student progresses through your program, their enrollment, classroom assignment, and associated fees automatically update for billing and accurately reflect overall school enrollment availability.
To add a future enrollment for a student, please follow the steps below.

- Select Families
- Select Accounts
- Click the account to edit
- Select Enrollment
- Select Update Enrollment
- Select I am creating a new enrollment and ending an existing one

Enter the End Date
- For weekly billing cycles, we recommend ending contracts on a Saturday to ensure consistent billing records
- For monthly billing cycles, we recommend ending the contract on the last day of the month to ensure consistent and accurate billing records.
- Select the Reason
- Select Continue

- For weekly billing cycles, we recommend entering a start date on the Sunday of the week in which the class change occurs
- For monthly billing cycles, we recommend entering a start date of the 1st of the month
- Select Save
Ending Enrollments for Students Aging Out/Graduating or Leaving a School

- Click the account to edit
- Select Enrollment
- Select Update Enrollment
- Select I am ending the existing contract with no replacements
Enter the End Date
Select the Reason
