KT Connect is an app that enables account contacts to check in/out a student(s), review daily activities, view photos, review and pay their school invoices, and communicate with teachers and staff. Since this feature is so vital to users, it is essential to ensure that contacts have downloaded KT Connect. This article provides instructions on how to tell which contacts have accessed the KT Connect App.
After logging in to your Kangarootime account via k2.kangarootime.com, follow the instructions below:
- Select Families from the navigation menu
- Select Contacts.
- All contacts associated with an account will display

The KT Connect Access column displays a Y (yes) or N (no).
- If a contact has a Y, then the contact has accessed KT Connect.
- If a contact has an N, then the contact has NOT accessed KT Connect.
