KT Connect is a powerful tool that enables account contacts to check in on their child's daily activities, view their photos, and even review and pay their bill. Since this feature is so vital to users, it is essential to ensure that they are connected This article aims to instruct users on how to tell which contacts have accessed the KT Connect App.
After logging in your Kangarootime account via k2.kangarootime.com, follow the instructions below:
- Using the purple navigation bar, click on Families.
- Click on Contacts.
- All of the contacts will now be displayed, along with their KT Connect Access status.

Under the status, a Y or N will be displayed.
- If a contact has a Y, then they currently have accessed KT Connect.
- If a contact has an N, then they have NOT accessed KT Connect.
