The Scheduling Visibility feature will allow users to decide on who can be scheduled and record clock-ins. This is useful to centers because certain positions do not all adhere to the same schedule. For example, a director may not ever need to clock in or appear on the time log, which can then take up space on an account owner's view. This benefits enterprise clients with a corporate team while offering general flexibility to all business sizes.
In order to filter out who appears on the schedule and can clock in, please follow the steps below:
- On the navigation menu, click the Settings tab
- Click on Operations
- Click on Scheduling Visibility
- Now filter through each role by clicking Yes or No to enable scheduling visibility.
- Click Save
