Activity Notes recorded by teachers in the classroom are displayed in the Activity Feed within the parent app, KT Connect. By default, families can view their student's Activity Feed notes in real time.
Schools can configure notes to be delivered at the end of a student's day using the Delayed Activity Feed Notes feature. When enabled, Activity Feed notes are available to be viewed in KT Connect only after a student has been checked out.
Please note: This is a business-wide setting to ensure consistency across all classrooms and programs. Messaging and auto-approved photos are still shared in real time, regardless of the Delayed Activity Feed Note setting.
How to Enable Delayed Activity Feed Notes:
- Select Configuration
- Select Business Settings
- Scroll to Family & Engagement Settings
- Toggle Delayed Activity Feed Notes to ON
All Activity Feed notes for the day will be sent once a child is checked out. Children who are checked out mid-day will see the notes entered in the morning. Children who are checked back in on the same day will see their afternoon notes when they are checked out for the day.
