Meal Tracking Report
The Meal Tracking Report provides a summary of student attendance counts for comparison to the counts of students receiving meals that are free, reduced, paid, and unknown status. This gives businesses the ability to quickly grab the data they need for upload to state USDA systems for participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
Key Feature:
- Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP): Using the Meal Pricing filter one can view if a child received a meal on a certain day based on their meal price (Free, Paid, Reduced, Not Provided)*
*One can set a meal price tier on the Child's profile under the Families > Children > Child Profile section.
Scheduling Optimization Report
The Kangarootime Scheduling Optimization Report compares staff and child schedules to maximize financial and enrollment opportunities. It allows the user to identify staffing trends to avoid overstaffing and help reveal opportunities to allocate resources more effectively, promoting business health and sustainable growth.
Key Features:
- Forecasting: Experiment with the "What If?" tool to see how you can increase enrollment or staff, while remaining compliant
- Unique Filtering Options: Filter data by School, Class, and time periods that can display to the hour (4-week intervals)
- Audit Ability: Look at past trends by viewing Attended and/or Scheduled Students based on the time frame
Student Counts Report
The Student Attendance Report provides a global overview of attendance patterns and trends over a defined period. This report provides users a conveniently aggregated student attendance records and customizable filtering that provides flexibility in what one needs to review.
Legend:
- A Green Check mark means that the child attended
- A Red X means that the child was marked absent
- A Blank space means that the child was not expected to attend
Key Features:
- Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP): Using the Meal Pricing filter one can view if a child received a meal on a certain day based on their meal price (Free, Paid, Reduced, Not Provided)*
- Subsidy Attendance: Using the Subsidy filter, users can filter by a particular subsidy and view only the affiliated children and track their past attendance.
*One can set a meal price tier on the Child's profile under the Families > Children > Child Profile section.
