For states that require a photo and/or e-signature from parents who are checking in/out their children, Kangarootime provides a seamless experience, making the check in/out process quick and easy! By interacting with Kangarootime's Kiosk app, either by entering a phone number and PIN or scanning the QR code with your KT Connect app, you can go through the steps to check in/out your child while also managing the expectations of the attendance tracking process.
Please note that if a contact scans the QR code using the KT Connect app, the experience will take place on your phone rather than within the Kiosk app
How to Check In/Out with Photo and/or E-Signature
- Via the Kiosk, enter your phone number OR scan the QR code using the KT Connect app
- If you entered your phone number, now enter your 4-digit PIN
- Tap Check In/Check out
- Tap the Tap to Take Photo button
- Tap Take Photo
- Tap Submit Photo
- Using the Sign Here field, enter your signature
- Tap Confirm
- Tap Done
