The Dashboard View within our School module displays a high level overview of daily activities from the classroom. At a glance, you can access critical information such as student check-in/out counts as well as the number of students on their way, number of activities being recorded, staff attendance, and student attendance.
Student Status Totals:
- On Their Way: displays the total number of parents on their way for arrivals (student drop-off) and departures (student pick up).
- Checked-In: displays the total number of students who have been checked in. This will also display the number of students who are checked in but have not been taken into care inside the classroom.
- Checked-Out: displays the total number of students who have been checked out.
- Absent: displays the total number of students marked absent.
- Staff Present: displays the total number of staff that are present in classrooms.
Student Attendance Today:
- Checked-In: displays the total number of students checked-in by time
- Scheduled: displays expected students based on their set schedule
Staff Attendance Today:
- Clocked-In: displays the total number of staff members who have clocked in so far today
- Scheduled: displays expected staff based on a published staff schedule
Activity By Type: shows a total count of activities by category that have been logged in the classroom that day. Note that this dashboard automatically refreshes every minute, and will update as the day goes on.
