Kangarootime's Training Module represents our direct Integration with Cypherworx. As a comprehensive Learning Management System, Cypherworx offers courses that meet ongoing training requirements in the industry, provide insight into After School Programming, address high staff turnover, and more. How to Access the Training Module:
- Log into the Kangarootime Web Portal
- Click on the Training icon (a stack of books) located on the far left navigation menu
- To return to Kangarootime Business module, click on the icon at the top of the navigation menu, just below the Kangaroo
Overview of Cypherworx:
- My Courses - Displays every course in your account, in alphabetical order. Also shows a cumulative total of clock hours and CEUs achieved
- Dashboard - Provides a focused view of your most important training activities, allowing you to prioritize what matters most right now
- Course Catalog - Robust catalog of available courses
- Site Members - Full list of Learners within your organization, their registration date, and their Admin status
- Events - A customizable calendar of events to schedule trainings or related activities for your team
- Discussions - A forum for discussion topics on the training materials. Admin may begin a discussion topic and encourage Learners to chime in
- Resources - Files and Web links provided by Admin for reference and use by Learners within your organization
- Classrooms - Admin can create groups of individuals or cohorts to assign materials to (e.g. 2026 new hires, Infant Teachers, Lead Teachers, etc)
