The Scheduling Visibility feature will allow users to decide on who can be scheduled and record clock-ins. This is useful to centers because certain positions do not all adhere to the same schedule. For example, a director may not ever need to clock in or appear on the time log, which can then take up space on an account owner's view. This benefits enterprise clients with a corporate team while offering general flexibility to all businesses of any size. 

In order to filter out who appears on the schedule and can clock in, please follow the steps below: 

  • On the navigation menu, click the Settings tab
  • Click on Operations
  • Click on Scheduling Visibility 
  • Now filter through each role by clicking Yes or No to enable scheduling visibility. 
  • Click Save
