In Kangarootime, new employees will remain in the Created status until invited to join. Inviting employees from this status is possible for individual employees, or, for a whole list of employees at once (in 'bulk'). Below, you will find the steps to invite employees in Kangarootime.


To invite an employee who has already been created:


1. Click Employees

2. Select Profiles

3. Select the Created square on this page

4. To invite a single employee:

  • Tick the box next to their name
  • Select the paper airplane icon to send the invite

5. To invite a group of employees:

  • Tick the box next to Name, which will select everyone on this list
  • Select the paper airplane icon to send the invites
