Kangarootime makes it easy to associate employees with multiple centers in the event that they will be working at more than one location.

To add an employee to multiple center(s):

  1. Click Employees
  2. Click Profiles
  3. Select the Employee profile you would like to edit
  4. Click the Employment tab
  5. Within the Employment Details box, click View Permissions 
  6. Select the affiliate center(s) to associate the employee
