In Kangarootime, you are able to help any contact change their email address ensuring continued access to the verification code for KT Connect, the parent app, via that new email address.


To change a contact's email:


  1. Head to the Families tab and select Contacts
  2. Click on the contact whose email address you'd like to change
  3. Select Change Email
  4. Enter the new email address 
  5. Click Save Changes
  6. Inform the contact that their email has been changed, and they will receive an email addressed to the previous email asking them to accept this change
