Sometimes a family or caregiver may need to settle a balance via multiple different payment methods, and it's possible that payment method may be different than what's stored on the account.  Kangarootime provides a straightforward way to add individual payments to be applied to an Account's balance.

How to Add a Manual Payment

1. Click Billing from the left-hand navigation menu

2. Click Payments

3. Click +Add Payment

4. Complete the mandatory fields (indicated with an *)

5. Enter an optional note 

6. Select Save

Once the payment has been saved, it will be reflected within the Account of the payee.
