Lead Management improvements, Point of Care bug fixes, and some updates to Kiosk, comin' atcha!
Fixes
In the lead management space, we had a couple of incorrect things happening to the waitlist when inquiries involved two children and only one was offered a place. These have now been corrected.
In Point of Care v. 1.1.58, we've updated out mobile responsiveness for smaller android tablets. The app will now respond properly to different screen sizes (including 8.0" devices). Also in Point of Care - there was some difficulty with editing times for certain note types. That difficulty is history! Now you can edit the times for any note type in the app without issue. Plus we've fixed an issue where the toileting note input boxes did not clear when saving a new note, and we've also resolved a bug where ending a nap in a Rest Note didn't clear the list of selected children.
We also deployed a fix for our Kiosk (v. 1.3.18), which was intermittenty displaying a white screen when a session timed out. Now if the session expires you will be properly redirected to log back into the app.
Improvements
We've made some updates to the wording in the lead-related emails that get sent out to families. These should be a bit more straightforward for parents/guardians now.
In the Occupancy Totals report, you can now include projected sessions from your leads to assist in predicting occupancy numbers. When using the new 'Include Lead Applications' option, the report will consider children who can be reasonably expected to attend in the future: 'Offered' (but not expired) and 'Accepted' for Basic flow, and 'Approval Pending' for Program flow.
Still in the world of lead management, we've added a status for inquiries that are "Accepted, Pending Payment." Once the parent/guardian finalizes their payment, the inquiry will move to Accepted.
Last but not least, our staff QR code will now appear on the Kiosk app for all centers, but does not require use if you utilize a third party time keeping system. The addition is for consistency and convenience in our app experience.
Note: Sometimes the features in our release notes are not visible to everyone. If you want to learn more or if you don’t see some of the above features but believe you should, please reach out to your KT contact personally or to the KT team.
